How to access Consumer Action’s publications

Shelter-in-place orders during the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in an extended interruption to our usual publication printing and shipping operations. In anticipation of continuing pandemic-related restrictions, and in an effort to deliver our services and materials as efficiently as possible, Consumer Action has moved to an “all-online” publication format as of February 2021.  

While our publications are no longer available in print, they remain instantly accessible on our website, for online reading or, in most cases, PDF download.

PDF downloads

Our publications are available in PDF format for free download. A PDF file enables you to produce a professional-looking brochure immediately using your office printer, for your own personal use or to distribute to consumers. When you browse our publications online, please look under the "Download File" section for the PDF file, and click on the link to view or download.
